MDOT to begin US-131 shoulder reconstruction near Martin on April 20

The Michigan Department of Transportation will start reconstructing part of southbound US-131 near Martin beginning April 20. The $2 million project aims at improving safety with new infrastructure features. Lane closures are expected during construction through late July.
