Grandville Police Department recently issued the following announcement.

Congratulations to the GHS RoboDawgs! If you haven’t heard, they finished 3rd in the Nation at the 2021 Bell Vertical Robotics Competition Earthquake Search & Rescue Challenge Championship.

It was a big day for the RoboDawgs!  Not only did we run the largest VEX Robotics Competition event of the year in Grandville today – our Bell Vertical Robotics team was in Dallas competing in the 2021 National Championship. And WOW!  We took third place in the nation!  This was our first year competing in this advanced, autonomous, air and ground robotics challenge and our kids achieved amazing things!
