The applicant is requesting the following variance for property located at 3215 Boulder Ct. (08-03-31-310-076):

An 8.6-foot variance from the 25-foot front yard setback requirement in Section 20.01 of the City of Dexter Zoning Ordinance to allow construction of a deck at the rear of the current single-family home.
