Eastern Michigan University is set to hold its annual Teacher Job Fair on Thursday, March 12, 2026. The event will take place from 2 to 6 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom at 900 Oakwood St. in Ypsilanti. The fair is free and open to the public.
The Teacher Job Fair aims to connect school districts and education-focused employers with individuals seeking roles in teaching, student services, and other education-related fields. It is designed for both new and experienced educators, students preparing for student teaching, as well as those exploring careers in education.
Positions available at the fair include opportunities in all areas of education such as regular and special education, administration, school counseling, psychology, social work, speech and language pathology, communication disorders, and English as a Second Language. Additional roles include student success coaches, paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, Peace Corps positions for all majors, education assistants, tutors, nanny positions, test preparation staff, career technology teachers, STEAM Explorers internships, and early childhood GREAT START teachers.
