Omari Byrd, a former Arbor Preparatory High School star now playing for the Fayetteville State Broncos, is set to take part in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The Broncos enter the competition as the No. 5 seed and are slated to face the No. 4 seed California Vulcans in their opening game.
The first round kicks off on Saturday, March 14 at 7:30 p.m. at Hagerty Family Events Center.
