Looking for a hard-working individual to help keep Allen Terrace clean inside and out as a full-time maintenance assistant with benefits. 

Allen Terrace is the city’s senior apartment residence. Responsibilities include cleaning and upkeep of interior and exterior areas, green space and parking lot. This position also handles unit turnover cleaning, completes work orders and responds to after-hours emergency work orders on a rotating basis with the maintenance manager, among other duties. The position reports to the maintenance manager, pays $20 per hour and has benefits.
