Keweenaw Peninsula Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Mar 21.

The Michigan Tech Enterprise Corporation SmartZone (MTECSZ) seeks an experienced Grant Manager to join their team in Houghton, Michigan, or remotely within reasonable driving distance of Houghton. The Grant Manager will collaborate extensively with the MTECSZ team, local and regional universities, business leaders, and economic development groups. This position is integral to the development of funding opportunities for MTECSZ and its clients.

Annual salary will be based on the knowledge and experience you bring to the position and no less than $50,000 annually to begin. Again, our main goal is finding a resourceful and experienced Grant Manager; salary is negotiable. In addition, position offers health, dental, prescription drug, and vision coverage; paid holidays and paid vacation time; retirement plan, and disability insurance. 

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. Preference given to candidates in the Houghton, Michigan or immediate surrounding area. Remote work options available for candidates able to visit the Houghton office minimally 1-2 times each month.
