Non-Homestead Headlee Restoration Millage Proposal on November Ballot

The Headlee Restoration Millage proposal for YCS will appear on the November 8 election ballot.  Although the ballot language uses the word INCREASE, it is actually RESTORING millage from the decreased millage rate when a Headlee Rollback occurs.
