City of Ypsilanti issued the following announcement on Mar 28.

The Ypsilanti Civil Service Commission will hold A Special Meeting on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 4:00 pm.

The Civil Service Commission Meeting is being held in person at City Hall – Council Chambers, 1 South Huron, Ypsilanti, MI 48197.

The meeting is being held to approve the following:

  • Approving a promotion to Captain
  • Approving the Eligibility List for Firefighter
  • Approving a promotion to Lieutenant 

The meeting can be attended in person at City Hall, through the below link, or through the below toll-free numbers.

Members of the public will be able to make comment during the designated time for public comment. To address Commission, meeting participates will need to “raise their hand” to indicate they want to speak.

After you raise your hand you will be informed when it is your turn to speak, and your microphone will be unmuted at that time.
