Evangelical Home – Saline held the third-largest bed count among nursing homes in Washtenaw County in the first quarter of 2026, with a two-star overall rating.
During the first quarter of 2026, The Villa at Parkridge served an average of 121.2 residents per day, making it the second largest nursing home facility in Washtenaw County.
The Michigan Education Association has postponed its decision on endorsing a candidate for governor after failing to reach consensus among committee members. Interviews were conducted with several Democratic candidates while Republicans declined participation. The association says further discussions are planned before making any final decision.
