1 p.m. Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting and introduction to SPRINGWELL Exercise Clinic Founder and CEO Sara Hodson's clinically-supervised exercise and health coaching program.
1:30 p.m. VIP Clinic tour and discussion led by SPRINGWELL Exercise Clinic Founder and CEO Sara Hodson, BHK, ACSM CEP, on why she created the SPARKS METHOD, a 5-step process for building lifelong healthy habits, available only at SPRINGWELL Exercise Clinic and the published outcomes at sister company LIVE WELL Clinic in Canada.
