Three arsons reported on University of Michigan-Ann Arbor campus in 2017

There were 3 on-campus arsons in 2017 on the campus of University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, located in Ann Arbor, according to the most recent crime statistics available on the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) website.

In 2016, there were 3 arsons on the campus; and in 2015, there were 4 arsons. Overall, in the three year period from 2015 through 2017, 50 percent of on-campus arsons happened in residence halls. The following table shows how many of these on-campus criminal offenses were committed in residence halls:
