City of Novi recently issued the following announcement.
UPDATE: The first round of water sampling results came back negative for total coliform and e. coli this afternoon! Another test was taken and we expect those results around the same time tomorrow. According to the Safe Water Drinking Act 399 of 1976, a total of two negative tests taken 24 hours apart is required to lift the Boil Water Advisory. Thank you everyone for being so patient and keep boiling that water for now.
