Ypsilanti Community Schools issued the following announcement on Dec 6.
Grizzly Jr. Robotics Team Perry and Team Erickson participated in the First Lego League Explore Gigawatts Festival held at Canton High School.
Both teams presented their team model and posters in front of reviewers.
Team Perry won the Model Design Award – this team designed a model that successfully showed the challenge they researched and their solution. Team Erickson won the Innovative Poster Award – this team successfully expressed their journey of innovation and discovery through their Show Me poster design. All students received an honor certificate and medal. We are proud of our Perry and Erickson students for their dedication and hard work. Way to go, Team Perry & Erickson!
