Helen DeVos Children's Hospital issued the following announcement on Jan 27.
Adler was born with a congenital heart defect. His family found comfort in the compassion they received from their care team at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. During their stay, special footies allowed his family and care team the ability to dress him easily and quickly gain access when needed.
The Nichols family donated the footies in memory of Adler's journey. They hope these items bring a sense of peace and strength to families in a similar situation. Thank you to the Nichols family for your generous donation.
