Helen DeVos Children's Hospital issued the following announcement on Apr 7.
Jesse has had general dystonia his entire life. "I cannot believe he is 21,” his mom said. "When your child doesn’t reach the milestones as they normally would, time kind of stands still. He did start school, but it was different.”
Amid it all, he is happiest person, she said. “He flirts with the ladies and always has a smile that will melt your heart."
