Congratulations to Jayon Gregory for being awarded the Provost Scholarship. He will be studying business at Eastern Michigan University.

The Provost Scholarship is a competitive scholarship available through Detroit Regional Dollars for Scholars. It is for students that plan on studying business at Eastern Michigan University. It is a $40,000 scholarship ($10,000 for 4 years). Students must be participating in Next Level Scholars, have at least a 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate merit and financial need. It is donated each year by Mr. David Provost. Mr. Provost was once given a scholarship that allowed him to go to college and be successful. He is paying it forward and will often ask the Provost scholarship winner to do the same someday when they become successful.
