Saturday, March 8: Pioneer High School standout Matthew Grier’s college team loses to William Paterson Pioneers

On Saturday, March 8, former Pioneer High School standout Matthew Grier’s current college team, the Rochester Yellowjackets, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the William Paterson Pioneers.

The game took place at Jeff Albies Field. This was their second matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Yellowjackets’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 2 p.m. at Volpe Field against Scranton Royals.
