Friday, May 9: Saline High School standout Clara Cherry’s college team wins to Tusculum Pioneers

On Friday, May 9, former Saline High School standout Clara Cherry’s current college team, the North Georgia Nighthawks, won 7-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Tusculum Pioneers.

The game took place at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Nighthawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 10 at 12 p.m. at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium against Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.
