The Way Forward on the Workforce Pipeline Starts with Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Creativity
Based on the success of the Workforce Pipeline Summit (WPS) in March, Impact 2019 will provide our business community with fantastic engagement experiences and other valuable tools for success. These include a panel discussion to highlight practical lessons from diversity and inclusion (D&I) efforts in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. Our keynote speaker will tell us more about how businesses can benefit from D&I, and how to take the first steps to integrate them into your organization. Rich Chang, A2Y Chamber Board Chair, will also provide the path forward on how our community can develop a 10-year plan for implementing the concepts discussed at the WPS. In addition, we will have two unique networking experiences (facilitated by Engage and including key Creative Class companies) at the front-end (8 am-9 am #justdontcallitnetworking) and back-end (1pm-3pm #justdontcallitajobfair) of the event.
