Concordia University Ann Arbor issued the following announcement.
CUAA CHOIR SOUTHWEST TOUR
Saturday, Mar. 14, 20208:00am (All Day Event)LOCATION: Off CampusHaving performed throughout the United States and internationally, the Concordia University Ann Arbor choir is committed to artistic performances rooted in the finest sacred music. They recognize that through the performing arts they have unique opportunities to experience God's gift of creativity. Through first-rate repertoire, they confront artistic musical settings of Biblical and spiritual texts that breathe new life into the understanding of God's Word.
On the southwest tour, the students will perform music that points to Christ's birth, and His atonement for our sin. The theme of the tour is Dwelled Among Us, taken from John 1:14 - "And the Word became flesh and dwelled among us.'
The hour-long program contains a variety of music, focusing first on God's gift to us through the sacrifice of His Son, then turning to music inspired by our great country.
