City of Ypsilanti issued the following announcement on Aug 30.
The Grove Road bridge at I-94 will be closed to traffic on Wednesday, 9/1 and Thursday, 9/2 beginning at 9:00 AM each day. The bridge is planned to reopen Friday 9/3.
Please use the posted detours:
- Southbound traffic is recommended to take Factory/Maus east to Ecorse, Ecorse south to Harris, Harris west to Share, and then west/north to the Service Drive.
- Northbound traffic is recommended to take the Service Drive east to Share, Share east to Harris, Harris north to Ecorse, Ecorse west to Maus, and Maus/Factory west to Grove.
