City of Fremont issued the following announcement on Oct 13.
As a part of the City's annual street mill and resurface program, the highlighted street sections on the attached map will be under construction soon. Weather permitting, milling is scheduled to start this Friday with resurfacing scheduled for Monday. During most of the construction process traffic pass through will be permitted, but please be vigilant of workers and other vehicles.
UPDATE - The section of Pine street that is being milled and resurfaced was incorrectly marked on the map. It is actually from Weaver Avenue to Sullivan Avenue.
