City of Ann Arbor recently issued the following announcement.
The city-wide Zero Waste Challenge is two weeks away!
Sign up for the Feb. 6-12 challenge at https://livezerowaste.org/resident-race-to-zero-waste/. Participants will try to create no trash or recycling for seven days to support our goal of achieving a circular economy. Participants will benefit from seminars and daily email lessons on living zero waste, and have access to resources to help reduce their waste while also supporting local businesses.
A drawing for prizes will be held at the end of the week. Join the Resident Race to Zero Waste Challenge to support the circular economy, advance the city’s A2ZERO Climate Action Plan, and learn more about reducing your waste in 2022!
