There will be a Public Hearing of the Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 starting at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Center, 616 Shelden Avenue, Houghton, MI, 49931. The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing concerning a request for a rear-yard variance and side-yard variance to construct a building at 501 Memorial Road. Following the Public Hearing, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting to act on the variance request.
