Saline High School standout Clara Cherry’s college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Tuesday, Feb. 18

On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Saline High School standout Clara Cherry’s current college team, the North Georgia Nighthawks, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Alabama Huntsville Chargers.

The game took place at Toyota Field. This was their first matchup against the Chargers this season.

The Nighthawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 12 p.m. at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium against Saginaw Valley State Cardinals.
