On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Saline High School standout Clara Cherry’s current college team, the North Georgia Nighthawks, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals.

The game took place at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Nighthawks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 2 p.m. at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium against Miles Golden Bears.
