Mya Purdy, former Chelsea High School standout, played on Wednesday, March 19 in NCAA Division II softball game

On Wednesday, March 19, former Chelsea High School standout Mya Purdy’s current college team, the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals, won 9-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Hillsdale Chargers.

The game took place at Johnny Williams Field. This was their second matchup against the Chargers this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 1 p.m. at SVSU Softball Complex against Davenport Panthers.
