Ann Arbor Fire Department issued the following announcement on Aug 21.
You're invited to join us for an open house on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Free tours of the plant will run every 20 minutes with the last tour beginning at 2:30 p.m. Visitors will be able to meet staff and learn about the ways we care for and treat water that is discharged to the Huron River.
The event is for people of all ages and will also include:
-Light refreshments
-A Huron River Watershed exhibit
-Hands-On Museum Activities
