The City Of Ann Arbor - Government issued the following announcement on Oct. 3.
Beginning on Monday, Oct. 12 residents or contractors will be able to deliver unlimited amounts of leaves from City of Ann Arbor residential properties to the city's compost facility, located at 4170 Platt Road. We strongly encourage residents and contractors to take advantage of this opportunity to reduce the volumes of bags at the curb, which present a safety risk to staff and hinders the city's ability to service all properties. This opportunity will end on Friday, Dec. 11, 2020. www.a2gov.org/compost
