City of Plymouth recently issued the following announcement.
On Thursday, August 12, contractors working on the fountain in Kellogg Park are scheduled to begin work on the road patch on Penniman just east of the Gathering. It is anticipated that Penniman will be closed from the entrance of the Gathering to Union beginning on Thursday, August 12 and reopen the morning of Friday, August 13.
During this time, eastbound Penniman is expected to remain open up to the Gathering and traffic will be detoured through the Gathering. We ask that you avoid this area if possible to lessen the traffic in the construction zone.
