City of Northville recently issued the following announcement.
The Planning Commission has moved its Sept. 7 regular meeting to Aug. 30, at 7 p.m. on Zoom.
At that time, Hunter Pasteur Homes, along with Forbes Company, Toll Brothers, and Oboran, will present a conceptual development project for The Downs.
The applicant has not made a formal submission to the Planning Commission and is not requesting any action be taken at this time.
