City of Novi recently issued the following announcement.
We are looking forward to another safe and happy Halloween in Novi! A reminder that trick-or-treat hours are from 6-8pm on Sunday, Oct. 31. Be sure to wear bright colors, never go out alone, cross the street at the corners, and make sure the house has its porch light on.
