Renee Wagner Retirement

Happy retirement

City of Ann Arbor Police Department issued the following announcement on Feb 4.

Renee Wagner is proof that not all community heroes wear a uniform and after an almost 29 year career at the AAPD the time has come for her to enjoy retirement!  A force behind the scenes that kept the department moving forward.

Renee started in Data Processing in 1993 and then moved to the Detective Bureau as an Administrative Assistant in 1995.  She remained in the DB while taking on additional assignments including payroll/billing, admin assistant for the county wide crime meetings, union steward, City Wellness Committee, SWAT/Crisis Negotiation Team admin assistant and an Ann Arbor Police Benevolent Association board member.

Congratulations, Renee!  Enjoy the next chapter.
