Chelsea City Council is holding their 2022-2023 Visioning Session at The Collins Off Main located at 120 W. Middle St. The public can attend in-person or remotely via zoom. Masks and social distancing are highly recommended for those attending in-person. Masks and Hand Sanitizer will be available at the venue.
