Mr. Durham’s previous work experience includes city administrator of Windsor Heights, Iowa; city manager of Carlton, Oregon; city manager of Parchment, MI; deputy city manager and assistant city manager of Kalamazoo, MI; and assistant city manager of Portage, MI.
