Eastern Michigan University's College of Business has been named one of the nation’s best graduate business schools for the 20th consecutive year by The Princeton Review.

This recognition, which Eastern has earned each year since 2005, places EMU's College of Business among 244 on-campus MBA programs selected based on a combination of institutional and student survey data, including career outcomes, admissions selectivity, and academic rigor.

“Being named to The Princeton Review's 2024 Best Business Schools list is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our faculty, staff, and students,” said Kenneth Lord, dean of EMU’s College of Business. “Our commitment to providing a high-quality education that prepares our graduates for successful careers in business is our priority. This recognition highlights our efforts to foster an inclusive, dynamic, and academically rigorous environment that prepares students for high-earning careers.”

The Princeton Review's business school rankings are distinguished by their comprehensive data collection methodology. The 2024 rankings were derived from surveys conducted with administrators at 409 business schools and feedback from 32,200 students enrolled in these MBA programs. The rankings incorporate over 60 data points, primarily sourced from both the administrator and student surveys.

The College of Business at Eastern Michigan University is noted for its diverse range of programs, offering 32 programs and seven degrees at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Students can pursue their studies full-time, part-time, online, or through a hybrid format. More than 1,800 students are currently enrolled in the College, pursuing one of 14 majors, an MBA, a specialized graduate business degree, or a graduate certificate.

This latest recognition follows the College's past accolades, including being named one of the “Top 50 graduate programs in entrepreneurship in the nation” and “2023 Top Schools for Entrepreneurship Studies by Region” by The Princeton Review. In addition, Eastern’s MBA program was again one of only two in the state of Michigan to be singled out as a “Best Part-Time MBA” in Fortune’s elite ranking.
