Eastern Michigan University's podcast, "Enlighten U," has been recognized as the leading mental health podcast in Michigan by FeedSpot, a global podcast database. The podcast was praised for its creativity, influence, and wide appeal, serving as an essential platform for discussing mental health issues.

FeedSpot's ranking process considers factors such as relevancy, authority, social media presence, and content freshness. This recognition underscores the podcast’s significance as a resource for listeners in Michigan and beyond.

“This recognition from FeedSpot is an honor,” stated Lolita Cummings, public relations professor and co-host of the podcast. “Our goal has always been to shed light on topics that matter most to students, and we’re proud to see the impact it’s making.”
