City of Northville recently issued the following announcement.
Sgt. Andrew Kirby graduated today from Shield Institute’s Command Level 1 Program.
This training program prepares officers for first-line supervision, covering skills such as managing conflict, professional standards, crucial conversations, resilience and implicit bias.
