Eastern Michigan University’s College of Business is now open for applications for the Fall 2025 cohort of its Master of Science in Management of Innovation and Strategy (MSMOIS) program. The deadline to apply is August 4, 2025.
“We are proud to offer this program to professionals with any undergraduate background and prepare them to think strategically and lead with innovation,” said Sanjib Chowdhury, director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at EMU. “Our faculty and senior industry leaders ensure that students gain theoretical and practical insights essential in today’s business world.”
The program is designed for professionals seeking career advancement. It focuses on strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, and innovation, combining academic rigor with real-world application. The curriculum benefits from strong industry connections, providing expert insights from senior managers across various sectors.

The program offers flexibility suitable for working professionals balancing career, education, and personal commitments. Courses last 7.5 weeks each and are delivered online with four virtual meetings per course. The program can be completed in 10 months.
Admission requirements include a four-year bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution or an equivalent international degree, a minimum GPA of 2.7 (or 3.0 in the latter half of the undergraduate program), and current employment at a professional level.
Accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, this new offering aims to refine strategic leadership skills while expanding professional networks.
